simple omeltte Rceipe

An easy and quick dish,perfect for any meal .this classic omeltte combines beaten eggs cooked to perfection ,optionally filled with your choice of chesse , vegatbles or meats

    Ingrediants

  • 2 - 3 large eggs
  • salt , to Taste
  • paper , to Taste
  • 1 tablespoon of butter or oil
  • optional fillings cheese,diced vegatbles, cooked meats,herbs

    Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs : in the bowl, beat the eggs with pinch of salt and paper until they are well mixed , you can add a tablespoon of water or milk for fluffer texture
  2. Heat the pan : place a non stick frying pan over meduim heat and add butter or oil
  3. cook the omeltte : once the butter is melted and bubbling , pour in the eggs,tilt the pan to ensure the eggs evenly coat the surface
  4. Add filings(optional):When the eggs begin to set at the edges but are still slightly runny in the middle , sprinkle you chosen fillings over one half of the omeltte
  5. fold and serve:As the omeltte countinues to cook,carefully left one edge an fold it over the fillings left it cook for another minute then slide it onto a plate
  6. Enjoy :serve hot, with addtional salt and paper if need
